- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family have been seeing Dr. Laura and Rand and now they are never there. I always thought they were over priced but I would pay for the excellent service. The other dentist are alright but always in a hurry. They talk to me as I should understand exactly everything without explaining anything. Their scheduling staff and front desk gals are not very nice. They talk in such a snobbish way as they are always having a bad day. I think Bowdens need to address this issue as patient do deserve and expect good customer service along with dental care which is the primary reason they are there for. I sent them an email but never heard back. I have other friends with same complaints and couple of them stopped going there. Iron horse dental has lost their special touch for sure.
