  I have been very pleased with my treatment at Menorah. The doctor's, nurses, and staff have been more than professional. I was treated with such kindness and interest. If all the departments are similar at Menorah, I would make it my first choice in medical care. My appointments were on time, I never felt rushed and all my questions had been answered. My medical treatments were comfortable, and I was informed about everything that was going on and what to expect. I give my experience a A++++

  My doctor and orthopedic surgeon are tops! The nurses were great! The nurses were attentive and listened to my concerns. My concerns were immediately addressed. I never had to wait more than ten minutes at the very most before a nurse would respond to my call, that was truly reassuring.The food was good! The food service staff was prompt, courteous and would call me when I didn't put in my request for a meal. That's what I call good customer service. The occupational and physical therapist were awesome! These therapists were very diagnostic and worked to help me get mobile as quick as possible. They continuously worked to get me moving. I could tell that the therapists were genuine in helping me be successful because they monitored and corrected me during our sessions which enabled me to improve while I was at Menorah. I must mention Patrick McAtee, he is truly an asset to this organization in Social Services. He has been instrumental in directing me to excellent rehab facilities. This is just a great place to be if you need health care!
