  Really bad experience during my CT but the Dr. and nurses took good care of me. Made an appt. still had to wait and wait and wait. It's the billing office I have issues with. Geez! Pd. my bill they keep sending me another, try to call, can't get thru. Doubt I return to this place, although the Dr. and nurse were very professional, it's their staff that needs improvement.

  Ridiculous! I called and made an appointment for my father because I was told it would be faster than being a walk in. We got there 15 min before the scheduled appointment. By the actual appointment time for the CT scan he had already drank the 2 cups of contrast. No one informed us he would have to wait a certain amount of time after drinking it though I did over hear them telling someone else drinking it, it would take about 30 min to go through his system. We were there an hour after he drank it before he was finally called back for the test and then waited another 15 min before they actually did the test. We were there nearly 2 hrs...way longer than it should've taken. The staff were friendly but would have been more professional of them to let us know what to expect in terms of how long it would all take. They seemed to not know exactly what we were needing even though we brought a Dr's order. Will probably not go back to this particular location.
