- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This used to be a wonderful medical office but the last few years has really gone down hill. I have to wait on the phone for extended periods of time to get a hold of just the receptionist to transfer me to be put on hold or go straight to voice mail. No one calls back without multiple phone calls...not billing, not nurses. I have been dealing with a single bill from a physical from May that should be covered by insurance and they have now sent me to collections because I did not pay after 26 days from them resubmitting it to insurance!!!!! I am so grateful my doctor has left this practice and so far have had a much better experience at his new office.March 26, 2017by Kendra Miller
